What people ask us about CRM

Does it import the data I already have in my current database?

Yes. We import from Excel, CSV, MySQL, PMS or any reasonable format. We handle deduplication, cleanup and field mapping. Import is included in the rollout.

Is it GDPR compliant?

Out of the box. Explicit consents by channel, processing-activity log, immediate email opt-out. We automatically generate the information needed for your audits.

Does it connect with my current email marketing tool?

Yes. Native integrations with Mailchimp, Brevo, ActiveCampaign, MailerLite, Klaviyo. If you use another, we connect via API or webhook. We also have our own integrated Marketing module if you prefer everything under one roof.

Does it have an API to integrate with other systems?

Documented REST API with webhooks. Events: new booking, check-in, check-out, profile change, survey completed. Useful for BI, Zapier, n8n or any custom integration.

Does it support hotel chains?

Yes. A guest can have a cross-property profile: if they book at your Costa Brava hotel and then at the Mallorca one, both see them with full history. Per-hotel permissions so each team only sees its own data.

How are unsubscribes / opt-outs handled?

Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link. The opt-out propagates to Marketing and CRM. The booking history is kept (contractual and tax obligation) but the guest is no longer contacted.

How much does it cost?

Flat monthly fee based on number of hotels and volume of active guests. No per-contact cost, no tiers that break as you grow. Request a demo and we'll send you a closed quote within 24h.

Do I need the AlojaPro booking engine to use it?

Recommended but not required. If you use another engine, we can connect it via API. Maximum synergy — automatic returning-customer discounts in the engine, personalized offers — only works with the full stack.
